Sandwich Firefighters' Pension Fund #4312

The Firefighters’ Pension Fund Board of Trustees manages the Firefighters’ Pension Fund as prescribed under Chapter 5, Section 4 of the Statutes of the State of Illinois. Major activities of the fund include pension approvals, fund investment, and pension payments. There are five members on the board: two members appointed by the District Trustees, two firefighters from the current workforce elected by their coworkers, and an non FT District Firefighter. Established October 1st, 2023

Meetings of the pension board take place quarterly at 3:00 p.m. on the first Monday of January, April, July, and October in the second floor conference room at the fire station at 310 E. Railroad Street in Sandwich. Meetings are open to the public. Special meetings may be scheduled as necessary.
